For the past nineteen years, I’ve been living my passion as an entrepreneur, blending graphic and business design into custom packages that make brilliant brains (like yours) light up. As a mom to my clever and super sweet daughter Charlotte (and Lucy, our diamond in the sky), a proud Neurospicy individual, and an unapologetic analogy/symbol fanatic (trains, hello!), I know what it’s like to juggle a million ideas while trying to keep everything on track.
I believe that we are all creative beings, capable of transforming chaos into clarity. That’s why I developed the Train Method—a vibrant, symbol-focused system that turns your beautiful mess of thoughts into a streamlined path toward your goals. This method has been life-changing for me, and I get giddy just talking about it!
I believe that creativity isn’t just something you do—it’s who you are. As a Designer, Crafter, and Maker, I’ve spent years perfecting the art of creative organization, turning incomplete ideas into completed dreams. Whether I’m swimming, dancing, or crafting something new, I bring enthusiasm and imagination to everything I do.
I believe in the power of visualizing your success. With a visionary eye for design and a strategic mind, I’ve helped countless creatives, entrepreneurs, and neurodivergent souls find their path. I’ve been there—struggling with thinking, learning, and systems that just didn’t click. But through it all, I discovered the joy of inventing solutions that work, like the Train Method, which is as bold as my favorite color, red.

Community • I know what it’s like to feel alone and the only true cure is to build a badass community full of love. I rely on my life team and I want you to rely on me as part of yours. We are stronger together and isn’t life just better with a pep squad by your side?
Celebration • Life is too precious to skip over the wins, big or small! I throw a party like nobody else and that includes cheering you on for every bit of momentum and I’ve always got colourful confetti at the ready for those big milestones.
Authenticity • I’m not perfect, but I keep it real, and I hope the same for you. Instead of trying to say the exact right things at the exact right time, I bring my whole heart and my whole butt to the table in everything that I do.
Amplification • I take your spark and turn up your heat! My job is to help you discover what parts of life light you up and which parts dim your glow. I’m pretty much a professional hype woman and I know the struggle of not feeling like you can shine. Me + TM are here to move barriers out of your way and help you love your life out loud.
Curiosity • No judgements, just curiosities and inquiries. I love asking questions and letting the people around me feel safe to truly be who they are and get what they need. Curiosity is a key ingredient in the discovery process.
