To meet everyone’s needs, I offer sliding scale pricing. We’ll discuss rates during your free Discovery Call.
What does a TM Session look like?
During Discovery
We’ll get to know each other and you’ll learn how to read a Train. As we go through your project details and goals, I’ll build your first train so that we can see how easy organization can be when you use the Train Method. I’ll propose a plan for how we can work together, what we can accomplish, and the ways I can directly create for you.

During a Session
If it’s our first session, we’ll begin by finding our parallels and direction together. If it’s a follow-up session, we’ll chat about your homework assignment and discuss what felt easy and what is still challenging. This will shape the rest of our session.
During each session, we’ll review and expand on a Train (or Trains) that directs our progress and your goals. I will make this train in front of you as you share and we trainstorm. Let’s get on track!
We’ll spend the bulk of our time planning and building real solutions, with me guiding you every step of the way. This is the step where I hand you everything you need to be the conductor of your life! If your project needs supporting materials like posters, a website, or flyers, we’ll break apart to co-work—I’ll handle the design while you tackle other tasks. It’s like body doubling, with plenty of collaboration and support along the way!
When our session’s complete, we’ll celebrate the progress made and discuss how it can be incorporated into your week ahead. You’ll receive your homework so that you can keep going. Momentum makes milestones!
Sessions are between 2-4 hours and can be done in my office or through Zoom.
